Wild Zero + The Dents Rock Portland, ME 01-28-06

We certainly brought the rock last night. Childish games perpetuated by HATERS mean nothing to this motherfucker. Geno's was super cool and Tim gave us a preview of the other venue we play in february of this year, the Asylum. Killer stage there too.
Iyad, Chipper and I drove up in the evening, met up with Dennis and went tot he Asylum for hott! sandwiches and a beer. Our hos Tim was so accomidating that we were able to crash at his place. Jesse and Andy and Shannon made thier way up and the drinking began! Hah. Dents Rocked! I regrettably missed the first band for the most part, but they were good for what I heard. portland fans are amazing, singing along to songs they didn't know the words too! And joining us on stage! Anyhoo, the set rocked, but about halfway thru Battle Royale, Andy's bass was unplugged by some sort of ghost! Heh!
After teh show, we tried and faied to find the party, to no avail. Crashed at Tim's. good times.

Wild Zero New Alliance Sessions

So, Marc Schleicher recorded 8 songs from Wild Zero over the weekend. Killer.
Came out awesome, tho i blew my voice out! Dennis says "That's what you get for boasting about not losing your voice!" I guess he was right!
Anyway, New Alliance will be broken down soon, but we'll have one of the last records outta there!
New Year, New Band, New Record. Can't say it isn't a lil nerve-wracking...oh well I think I'm in a funk...I'll try to crawl my way out of it.

Some Awesome shows coming up.
I made this flyer yesterday:
